SEPC — Export Promotion
The Somalia Export Promotion Council (SEPC) works under SoBS to facilitate and promote Somali exports by ensuring they meet the quality and safety requirements of destination markets. SEPC issues export certificates and provides guidance to Somali exporters.
Required Documentation for Export
Certificate of Origin
Officially certifying that the exported goods originate from Somalia.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Required for plant-based and agricultural products being exported.
Conformity Certificate
Confirming that the exported product meets applicable standards.
Commercial Invoice
Official invoice detailing the goods, quantities and transaction value.
Packing List
Detailed list of all items in each shipment package.
Test Reports
Laboratory test results from SoBS or accredited laboratories.
